The Riverside County Library offers Chromebooks and Wi-Fi Hotspots to community members who need access to technology outside the library. Any Riverside County resident, 18 years or older with an active library card in good standing, can borrow these devices from participating library branches.

The Moreno Valley Library offers Wi-Fi Hotspots and computer instruction classes to community members seeking access to technology and digital skills. Any Morreno Valley city resident, 18 years or older with an active library card in good standing, can borrow these devices or enroll in a computer literacy class.

Banning Adult School offers students access to computers, hotspot, and software, along with technological assistance. Although there are no dedicated computer skills classes, they offer technological assistance to help students navigate their educational tools and resources.
